I have upgrade to the latest the version 2.4 as per the instruction that you sent but i got message
"The accounts has exceed the limit of 3 peoples, please contact us to buy more licenses. "
You can check attached the error message that i got.
Kindly we need to finalize this issue ASAP. Note that the tool is not working today and this is will delay our work. |

If you follow the instruction to upgrade, you should replace the license as well.

You should replace the files with the one in your license. Usually, it is bizext.txt and callback.php to zentaopro/config/license
