While creating a bug, if the user has not entered information in all the mandatory fields, the error message pops up and then disappears almost immediately without explanation. The window then freezes on the page with the 'Save' bar showing 'Loading' till the user hits the 'Back' button. The error messages on the missing fields should not disappear. The 'Save' button should not change to 'Loading'
