Privileges in Sanplex can be set by going to Company->Group. There is a super administrator in Sanplex, which is the admin account set when you first installed Sanplex.


What is the difference between the super administrator and an administrator? To answer this question, secrets in Sanplex have to be revealed. Some pages in Sanplex are not listed in the privilege list, which means general administrators have no access to these pages. However, the super administrator has the access to any pages in Sanplex.


So how to set a super administrator? Follow the steps below.


1. Open PHPMyAdmin or use a command line in MySQL.
2. Find zt_company list and edit it.
3. Change the admin to “, username,”. Keep the commas before and after username and then change username to your account name.
4. Then log in Sanplex and you are the super administrator now.
