I. Built-in Workflow

Sanplex provides built-in workflows based on common usage patterns, functional modules, and customization needs. These workflows cover Product, Epic, Feature, Story, Product Plan, Release, Program, Project, Execution, Version, Task, Bug, Test Case, Test Request, Test Suite, Test Case Library, Feedback, and Ticket.

Click Design to edit a built-in workflow. For details, see Workflow Overview.

  • Built-in workflows do not currently support Sub-table Settings, Tab Settings, Report Settings, or Full-text Search.
  • Built-in workflows cannot be copied, disabled, or deleted.
  • For objects that already have approval capabilities, approval settings are unavailable in Workflow. This applies to Stories, Test Cases, Feedback, and Tickets.

Workflow supports tag-based browsing. Use the tags All, Product, Program, Project, Execution, Test, Feedback, and Asset Library to browse built-in workflows.
