An Execution is a set of activities carried out to complete a Project. It represents the delivery level of management.

Within an Execution, team members carry out work through sprints, iterations, Kanban, or stages, depending on the management model in use. This is where tasks are completed, quality is verified, and bugs are resolved.

With flexible iteration planning, stage planning, and Kanban-based tracking, Sanplex helps project managers break down complex work, organize schedules more effectively, and keep the delivery process structured and efficient.

Manage Work in Execution

In the Task view of an Execution, team members can manage and track delivery work, including task status, assignments, estimates, progress, related work items, and other execution details. This provides the team with a structured view of ongoing work throughout the delivery process.
