Go to Admin > Features > Measurement to configure the interval reminders related to project measurement.

Interval Reminder

Under Measurement > Interval Reminder, you can define the interval range of each measurement item in the system, configure whether a reminder is triggered when a value falls outside the interval or within it, and set the content of the reminder message.
