Go to Admin > Project Flow > Flow to configure the workflow for an individual project flow.
Notes
- In a project flow, you can configure workflows for different objects, with support for Design, Enable, and Disable.
- Only after setting a flow in the project flow to Custom can you enter Design to modify the workflow's fields, actions, tabs, and other settings. For example, you can set the Project workflow to Custom. Changes made in a custom workflow do not affect the general workflow or other templates; they apply only to that template.
- Enabling or disabling a flow in a project flow also applies only to the current template.
- Built-in flows in a project flow cannot be disabled.
- Project flows include only workflows for project-related objects that belong to projects or executions, and these workflows must be enabled in the project flow.

Custom Flows
Click Custom to change a template's workflow from General to Custom. You can enter Design only after selecting set as Custom, where you can maintain the workflow's main table, subtable, action design, tab design, and other workflow settings. For details about workflow configuration, see Workflow Configuration.
Changes to a custom workflow take effect only within that template and do not affect the workflow object or other templates.
- After you modify a workflow's configuration, the products and projects that use the template on the front end are updated accordingly.
- Set as Custom cannot be undone.
