Workflow supports data sources, which provide values for fields that use Single-select Dropdown, Multi-select Dropdown, Radio, or Checkbox controls.
Shared data sources allow different departments or teams to use the same data, reducing data silos. By centralizing data in a unified source, you can ensure that all users access consistent values.
