Summary: Sanplex modes let organizations choose either a lightweight setup for small teams or a full lifecycle mode for larger teams, without affecting existing data when switching.

Catalog

Sanplex mode can be set based on your company size or business scenario. Light Mode provides core project management capabilities and is suitable for SMEs.

ALM Mode is more comprehensive and rigorous, with richer functionality, and is suitable for medium to large enterprises.

In Admin > System > Mode, you can set the Sanplex mode.

I. Enter System Settings

Click System in the Admin section on the home page to enter System Settings.

II. Modes

You can configure Sanplex mode based on your company size or business scenario. Light Mode provides core project management capabilities and is suitable for SMEs.

ALM Mode is more comprehensive and rigorous, with richer functionality, and is suitable for medium to large enterprises.

Go to System > Mode to view the mode types, applicable scenarios, and included features.

III. Switch Modes

Click Light Mode or ALM Mode at the bottom of the page to switch.

By default, switching only hides or shows certain features and does not affect existing data.

1. Switch from ALM Mode to Light Mode

The system will hide features that are not available in Light Mode and will process historical data accordingly.

2. Switch from Light Mode to ALM Mode

Since ALM Mode provides the most complete set of features, switching to this mode only requires a confirmation prompt to prevent misoperation.
