Summary: Learn what a Project is in Sanplex, how to view projects in Project List, and how to choose from Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, Agile +, and Waterfall + management models.

A Project in Sanplex is an execution-level management unit used to organize and deliver a defined set of work within time, budget, and quality constraints.

Sanplex supports different project management models, allowing teams to manage projects according to their delivery process and working method.

View Projects in Project List

In Project List, you can view projects across different Programs and check key project information, including the project manager, story points, execution count, budget, invested effort, deliverables, planned dates, and progress. You can also filter projects by status, view only projects you are involved in, or use search to locate a specific project.

Choose a Project Management Model

When creating a project, Sanplex provides multiple management models for different delivery scenarios:

  • Scrum — Agile Development Management
  • Waterfall — Waterfall Project Management
  • Kanban — Kanban Project Management
  • Agile + — Scrum + Kanban Project Management
  • Waterfall + — Waterfall + Scrum + Kanban Project Management

Choose the model that best matches your team's delivery process and management needs.
